Joseph
McLaughlin is the founder of Coastal Human Resource Consulting.
Mr. McLaughlin has over 15 years of business experience with over
10 years in the Human Resource field. Functioning at Director and
Manager levels as well as frontline work as a Generalist, Joseph
has provided complete human resource services in manufacturing,
distribution, social service, retail and health care environments.
He has an MBA in Management from Boston College, an MSW in Non-Profit
Administration from Boston College, and a BS in Business Administration
from Stonehill College. He is a member of the Society for Human
Resource Management and winner of the Diane Weiss Consulting Competition.
